Here are the activities we took part at in Romania:

  • Power Point presentations on the results of research about
    the origins and ways which preserved the found stereotypes about each country;
  • Discussing in small mixed groups the impact of the stereotypes on people behaviour, attitude and way of thinking and finding possibilities to improve them  – presentation to be done by each spokesperson; results gathered in a table;
  • Starting the work for changing people behaviour by sorting out the events, pictures, people, landscapes to be part of the first documentary as a form of promoting each country’s  values;
  • Visiting an orphanage with small gifts made by students from all schools involved in the project;
  • Learning about the Romanian educational system;
  • Presenting things the school is proud of : the pictures of all graduates, celebrating “Martisor” and Woman’s day;
  • Discussing and designing the methods and didactic materials of the future optional course – to be attached in the optional course;
  • Workshop on using  software for making movies ( windows movie maker) – developing the necessary skills to be used in making the documentaries;
  • Visiting the Palace of the Parliament in Bucharest;
