Czech Republic: There are a lot of students from different countries in our school, some of them cannot speak Czech language and it is hard to integrate them into school life.  It is helpful if students have true information regarding other nationalities because it helps them understand others.  We intend to help the students identify and understand stereotypes and their role in their life.

The name of our school is the School of International and Public Relations. Our school is located in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. There are two educational programmes to offer therefore, students can choose specialization in either Public Relations or Diplomatic Services. Each educational programme lasts four years. The subjects all students have to study are for example psychology, oratory, social science, history and then they have subjects, which correspond
with their specialization for example public relations, diplomatic relations, European Institutions, European history etc.  At the end of the fourth year students have to take leaving examination called maturita. Students studying in our school are involved in the project: “Winton’s Children “. Some of our students met Mr. Winton personally. Moreover, students studying Diplomatic Services are involved in the project called Diplomatic Forum. It means that students simulate international negotiations and try to suggest solutions to current issues.
