Professional Secondary School for Veterinary Medicine ‘Prof. Dr. George Pavlov’ is situated in a region where the main priority in the economic development is agriculture and food industry. It is characterized with high unemployment and constant immigration. Some pupils have one or two unemployed parents and others – parents who work in a bigger city or abroad. This creates preconditions for difficulties in the pupils’ adaptation after graduating from school and their professional realization. Therefore the pupils have low motivation to gain new knowledge and skills.
